What we collect

Information you submit through the enquiry form: your name, organization, work email address, optional telephone number, country or region, the service line you are interested in, and the project details you choose to describe.

Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, pages viewed, referring page and time of visit. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand aggregate usage.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and provide the technical information you requested.

To maintain a record of customer communications and orders, and to meet accounting and record-keeping obligations.

To improve the website and understand which technical content is useful. Aggregate analytics are not used to make automated decisions about individuals.

Legal basis

Where you submit an enquiry, we process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where we rely on consent — for example non-essential cookies — you may withdraw it at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate the website and communicate with you, including our hosting provider, email delivery service and customer relationship management system. These providers act on our instructions.
