Viral vector platform
Viral vector packaging from design to batch release
FuBio produces lentiviral, adenoviral, adeno-associated and retroviral vectors for gene function studies, stable cell line generation and preclinical gene therapy programs. Each project runs through vector design, packaging, purification, titer determination and quality control release, with a single project manager as the point of contact.
-
Four vector platforms
Lentivirus, adenovirus, AAV and retrovirus, all handled in house on a shared quality system.
-
Design support included
Construct design, codon optimization and sequence verification are part of the packaging workflow.
-
Documented release
Titer, purity, sterility and mycoplasma results are reported for every batch released.
Capabilities
-
Vector design and construction
Gene synthesis, codon optimization and cloning into the appropriate backbone, verified by restriction mapping and full-length sequencing.
-
Packaging and production
Transient transfection in suspension HEK293-derived producer cells, with process parameters adjusted to the vector platform.
-
Purification and concentration
Clarification followed by affinity or density-gradient purification, buffer exchange and controlled formulation.
-
Analytical release testing
Physical and infectious titer, purity by SDS-PAGE, residual plasmid and host cell DNA, sterility and mycoplasma testing.
